EICAR The International Film and Television School Paris, was founded in 1972.The International Department,offering undergraduate and graduate degrees in English,was founded in 2000. The school has developed over the years to become a major European film and television school. The mission is to prepare the students for the international job market. LOCATION
The school is situated in the heart of France’s largest filming studios,in the ICADE park/ St Denis,Paris North.EICAR has a unique campus at the gates of Paris in Ivry-sur-Seine.It is located a few minutes away from the metro as well as well as the tramway.Ir includes a student residence as well as sports facilities in the direct vicinity of porte d’Ivry-sur-Seine.Its campus has:

TUTORING
Due to the complex nature of film,both technical craft and an art,the programs provide the students with many individualized tutoring sessions.These one-on one programs,professors will closely supervise all the students projects including the pre-production,production,and post production of the students third term film
WORKSHOPS
The workshops serve as a professional bridge between the school and the film industry.Workshops are intense concentrated modules ranging from one day to four weeks,covering a multitude of specialized subjects concerning the film industry including production distribution camera and lighting techniques script writing,color timing 3D production high end editing techniques etc
